At Horizons, we support people with an intellectual disability and additional needs such as autism or physical and medical conditions to live a life of their choosing, connected and participating in their communities.
It is amazing what can be achieved when people have choice, independence and the right support.
I love living on my own, it’s peaceful and I am calm….I am happy. I get my dinners delivered and I sometimes go to the chipper for my supper.
